Days 4 & 5

Today is embarkation day!!! Our new friend in Singapore Vijay picked us up at the hotel. He was able to fit the 6 of us and all of our luggage into the van!!! Forgot to take a picture of his impressive skills.

We had a slight delay with check in due to congestion at the port. Passport scanned for immigration, Visas checked with a fine tooth comb, TSA like security, lastly the check in desk. Our passports were collected and will be returned at the end of the cruise.

Solstice is one of my favorite ships although she is showing her age. Scheduled for dry dock in 2026.

We spent the day celebrating Claudia Bock Birthday, getting settled, exploring the ship, resting at the pool and a late night Abba party. The food, service, and shows are wonderful.

Tomorrow we will be in Koh Samui Thailand.
