Judi Estroff took very good care of us. This was our first cruise and she was extremely helpful answering our questions, providing options, and coordinating with Princess and our hotels.
We were in Vancouver on our way back when Helene hit. Being from the Augusta area, she was concerned about our travel home and researched hotels for us at our first layover. She stayed in contact with us despite the fact that she herself was in the path.
This is our second trip using Judi as our trip planner. I won't use anyone else.

We recently returned from a family trip to Alaska, planned by Judi and could not have been more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, Judi understood our interests and needs. She created an itinerary that contained sightseeing, excursions and relaxation time. The destinations and activities were unforgettable, from the whale watching in Juneau, the Tundra Tours in Sitka, the White Pass Railroad in Skagway and visits to the local towns.

Took a sports weekend with my sons to St Louis. Took in Cardinals Baseball and a soccer game of their new MLS Team, St Louis City. We love St. Louis….a great American City. We were recommended to Judi through a friend we are booking an Alaska cruise with Denali with Judi! From the first call to our planned trip August 2025 Judi has been like family to us! We had a wonderful time on our Alaskan cruise. Holland was a perfect cruise line for us, not as large as some ships. We toured Hubbard Glacier, and saw the salmon swimming upstream. Sat on our balcony and watched the whales jump! Amazing!! Thank you Judi! Can’t wait for our next cruise in November. This picture is our sunset sitting on our balcony. I have never used a cruise planner before and was so glad I did this time! Judi was extremely professional and easy going. She was available to answer all of my questions (there were lots of questions). She helped us pick and choose perfect excursions, many of which were private which helped with personalizing our experience. We had the best time on our family cruise vacation. Judi was excellent in helping us plan this cruise. We starting planning this vacation before Covid and finally two and a half years later we were able to complete our plans. Judi was wonderful to work with. She set up our entire vacation; all airfare, transport to and from the resort and reservations at the resort. If we had any questions along the way she was more than willing to answer them or find the answers for us.
We were beyond thrilled with our trip to the Dominican Republic and would go back again in a heartbeat! We stayed at the beautiful all inclusive Secrets Cap Cana Resort near Punta Cana. It was absolutely everything you would hope for and more!
